Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Rhodes Wood packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
